Christine Flomerfelt State Farm is hiring a driven, sales-focused Account Manager who thrives on building relationships, uncovering opportunities, and closing business.

What You’ll Do
- Proactively reach out to prospects and current customers to identify coverage gaps
- Generate new business across auto, home, renters, life, and health insurance
- Cross-sell and upsell within the existing book of business
- Follow up consistently on leads, quotes, and referrals
- Drive agency growth by hitting monthly and quarterly production goals
- Deliver exceptional service while maintaining a strong sales mindset

Licensing Requirements
Candidates must hold an active Property & Casualty license at minimum prior to their Day 1 start date.
Life & Health licensing is required for the role. If not currently licensed in Life & Health, you must obtain it within an agreed-upon timeframe.
We provide full licensing support, study guidance, and onboarding assistance to help you successfully complete any required licensing.
