Christine Flomerfelt State Farm is hiring a high-energy, goal-driven Acquisition Specialist to help grow the agency through proactive outreach, strong follow-up, and confident sales conversations.

This is a sales-forward role designed for someone who enjoys generating opportunity, initiating conversations, and converting prospects into long-term customers — while delivering service that builds lasting trust.

What You’ll Do

  • Make outbound calls to prospects, referrals, and internet leads

  • Generate new business across Auto, Home, Renters, Life, and Health insurance

  • Conduct needs-based sales conversations and present tailored coverage solutions

  • Follow up consistently to move prospects through the pipeline

  • Overcome objections and confidently close sales

  • Support client retention through responsive, solution-oriented service

  • Track activity and production to meet and exceed monthly goals

This role is centered on new revenue generation, supported by strong service execution.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong communication and persuasion skills

  • Comfortable with outbound prospecting and proactive follow-up

  • Goal-oriented and motivated by performance metrics

  • Organized and able to manage an active sales pipeline

  • Competitive mindset with a desire to grow earnings

  • Ability to work full-time in-office in Akron, PA

Sales, marketing, or customer-facing experience is strongly preferred.

Licensing Requirements

  • Active Property & Casualty license required prior to Day 1 start date

  • Life & Health license required (or ability to obtain within an agreed timeframe)
Candidates not currently fully licensed must be willing and able to obtain required licensing within the specified timeline.
