This is not just a service role — it’s a relationship-based sales position where you’ll help protect families while actively growing the agency through consultative conversations and proactive outreach.

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct needs-based conversations to recommend auto, home, renters, life, and health coverage

  • Generate new business through outbound calls, referrals, follow-ups, and community engagement

  • Cross-sell and upsell within an existing book of business

  • Build long-term customer relationships that drive retention and revenue

  • Follow up consistently on quotes and opportunities to close business

  • Support daily office operations and maintain accurate documentation

  • Collaborate with a high-performing team to achieve production goals

Licensing Requirements

  • Property & Casualty License

  • Life & Health License

If you are not currently licensed, you must be willing to obtain your Pennsylvania Property & Casualty license prior to your start date.

We provide licensing guidance, study support, and onboarding assistance to help you successfully complete the process.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Confident in sales conversations and objection handling

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment

  • Prior insurance, sales, or customer-facing experience preferred
