This is not just a service role — it’s a relationship-based sales position where you’ll help protect families while actively growing the agency through consultative conversations and proactive outreach.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct needs-based conversations to recommend auto, home, renters, life, and health coverage
- Generate new business through outbound calls, referrals, follow-ups, and community engagement
- Cross-sell and upsell within an existing book of business
- Build long-term customer relationships that drive retention and revenue
- Follow up consistently on quotes and opportunities to close business
- Support daily office operations and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate with a high-performing team to achieve production goals
Licensing Requirements
- Property & Casualty License
- Life & Health License
If you are not currently licensed, you must be willing to obtain your Pennsylvania Property & Casualty license prior to your start date.
We provide licensing guidance, study support, and onboarding assistance to help you successfully complete the process.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Confident in sales conversations and objection handling
- Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
- Prior insurance, sales, or customer-facing experience preferred

Compensation: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
